As adults, we know that many of the issues we experience, stem from our childhoods. Just imagine if we could help our children overcome these issues as they happen, instead of waiting until they grow up. The lifetime benefits to our child would be amazing!

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and is an alternative therapy- sometimes referred to as tapping.

It is a technique that combines elements of acupuncture, exposure and cognitive therapy, somatic stimulation. It’s been researched in 10 countries, with the results published in over 20 different

peer-reviewed journals.

EFT is considered safe and non-invasive, which makes it the perfect choice for children.

Whether you are a parent, a teacher, or a therapist, tapping has so many wonderful benefits to help children manage their emotions and empower them to take care of their emotional health and
